When I first saw this dress on ASOS, it was a no brainer. I was so excited when it arrived and I discovered that the fabric is stretchy scuba and it falls in all the right places. The off the shoulder draped top and the high low skirt make this dress so much fun! It’s not the easiest item to pack, but I wanted to bring it to Miami with me for a long weekend!
Finding jewelry to go with this neckline was a little bit of a challenge. I finally decided on this Loren Hope necklace and earrings. I was concerned that it would be too fancy with the big dress, but they worked really well. For fun, I added an anklet, which I think helps emphasize the cool hemline of this dress.
For Valentine’s Day, Nate got me this gorgeous Kate Spade swan pool float purse! It’s so darling, I could scream! Of course, he called Susan at 789 Madison to assist him, and she was able to apply an upcoming sale price to it. She’s the greatest, and it was such a wonderful gift!!
Miami is FILLED with colorful walls! Finding appropriate backdrops for this dress was so much fun! Exploring Wynwood is a dream, and it’s the greatest place to shoot! I loved this abstract entranceway in the beautiful purple and indigos… and this dot wall was just the ticket! Finding the angel wings was new that we didn’t see last year. This outfit was such a dream. I had the best time trotting around Miami in it, and it was so affordable!
